your privacy, PCB Resource Center provides this notice explaining
our online information practices and the choices you can make
about the way your personal information is collected and used.
Data Security
PCB Resource Center uses reasonable
precautions to keep user information disclosed to us secure.
To prevent unauthorized access, maintain data accuracy, and ensure
the appropriate use of information, we have put in place appropriate
physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard
and secure the information we collect.
PCB Resource Center will disclose
such information to third parties, under contract to us, as required
to operate our site. We will only release this information to
those firms that we believe to be responsible. However, we are
not responsible for any breach of security or for any actions
of any third parties who receive the information.
PCB Resource Center also links
to a wide variety of other web sites. We are not responsible
for their privacy policies or how they collect or treat information
about their users.
Registration Information
Registration
is required to have complete access to PCB Resource Center. As part
of the registration process you are asked for limited information so
we may issue a username and password that users will use to gain access
on subsequent visits. The information we collect is used internally for
site analysis and improvement, and is used in compiling profile reports
for the fabricators who purchase access to our database.
Combined Registration
PCB Resource
Center will form partnerships we feel offer valuable services to our
users. Some of these services require registration in addition to that
of PCB Resource Center. As a time saving tool, and to save our users
unnecessary data entry, we may share some of your user registration
information with these partner sites. We are not responsible for their
privacy policies or how they collect or treat information about their
users.
Cookies
PCB Resource Center uses cookies
to: automate log in, permit guest access, personalize the web
site and record user preferences. For security reasons we allow
users to accept or decline the cookie permitting automatic login
during registration or any time thereafter, by updating their
user profile. The other cookies will be loaded automatically
unless your browser is configured to block them. Consult the
documentation or help files for your web browser for instructions
on setting cookie preferences. We feel that the use of cookies
enhances the operation of our site, but they are not required.
You will be able to use the core features of PCB Resource Center
with cookies blocked. NOTE: Personalization features will not
work without cookies and will result in your using the default
settings.
Web Beacons
PCB Resource Center pages may
contain Web beacons, sometimes called single-pixel gifs that
allow PCB Resource Center to count users who have visited certain
pages. PCB Resource Center may use web beacons in conjunction
with: promotional e-mail messages, online (banner) advertising
or newsletters in order to determine the effectiveness of these
vehicles. Web beacons collect only a limited set of information
including the cookie, which identifies the source, pages viewed
and the time of access. Web beacons are not used to access your
personal information on PCB Resource Center.
Logging
PCB Resource Center makes extensive
use of web logging to understand the usage of our services, diagnose
problems, and identify future enhancements to our site. In addition
to logging the pages viewed, and features used, our logs will
also collect referring IP addresses or domain names of site visitors.
This information is used in the reporting and analysis of our
web site, some of which will be shared with PCB Resource Center
vendors and advertisers.

By registering with PCB Resource
Center and providing us with your e-mail address, you agree to
accept essential communication concerning the services and operation
of PCB Resource Center including, but not limited to: registration
confirmation, additions or deletions to our core services, notifications
of product enhancements and notification of service interruption.
Registered users of PCB Resource Center do not have the ability
to "Opt Out" of these messages.
As part of the registration
process, and any time thereafter, you have the opportunity to
decline non-essential communication from PCB Resource Center,
including third parties, via e-mail by checking the appropriate
boxes on the Registration / Update Registration Form.
